About

Louis Mamakos

I've spent my career in Internet infrastructure — most notably running the network engineering group at UUNET Technologies in the mid-1990s, when the commercial Internet was being invented.

TransSys Internetworking specializes in large scale Internet infrastructure architecture and intellectual property consulting.

This site is where I keep my hands-on engineering projects: electronics, hardware, calculators, retro-computing, and everything that spills out of them. Occasionally there's also a blog post.
