Thermocouple and serial interface for genmon

I've built a Raspberry Pi board for use on a Raspberry Pi and with genmon. It's been designed with KiCAD, and the the design files and additional information can be found on the GitHub page.

Just a note - if you clone the repo, make sure you checkout the genmon branch where all the work was done.
